2023 Scholarship Winners
We are truly blown away by how talented our young members are. Every Pittsford Federal Credit Union member applicant for both the Rochester Chapter Scholarship and the Making a Difference Scholarship are driven, hardworking individuals, and we cannot wait to see what the future holds for them.
This year is especially remarkable for the PFCU membership and our scholarship recipients. The Rochester Chapter Credit Union Association awarded a total of 11 scholarships for 2023. We are ecstatic to announce that of those 11, six recipients are PFCU members! Of our six winners, three are actually all from the same family; a set of triplets! In the many years of awarding scholarships through the Rochester Chapter, this is the first time our credit union has had six of the recipients. Congratulations to all! In addition to those scholarships, PFCU awards an additional five scholarships through our Making a Difference Scholarship. Of those five recipients, we had twin siblings both win!
2023 has been a year for the scholarship record book with:
- The most scholarships won from the Rochester Chapter;
- The first ever set of triplets to win; and
- Twin siblings also winning!
