ATM Surcharge Fee Reimbursement

In the Fall issue of the Where You Belong newsletter, we announced our new ATM Surcharge Refund Program for our Pittsford FCU VISA Debit and ATM cardholders. We are happy to report that the program seems to benefit our members like we had hoped!
For a quick reminder, we will now refund up to $10 per account, per month in ATM surcharges charged by other financial institutions when you use your Pittsford FCU Debit or ATM card. The refund will be automatically deposited into the account that incurred the charge at the end of each month. We hope this new policy continues to allow our members greater convenience when utilizing ATMs.
As a part of our effort to provide equitable options for our membership, effective Nov. 1, 2022, Pittsford FCU will discontinue direct reimbursement to ESL for charges incurred by our cardholders for use of ESL ATMs. Going forward, our Pittsford FCU VISA Debit and ATM cardholders will be charged at time of usage and be subject to reimbursement (up to $10) via this new ATM Surcharge Refund Program.
