Call Center Remodeled


The onset of the pandemic triggered several changes in the day-to-day operations of the Credit Union. Plexiglass was added to the member service areas, and hand sanitizer stations have been added throughout both branches.
Renovating the call center in the Mendon branch was already on the agenda prior to the pandemic, but it became a priority due to the need for greater safety precautions for our team members. Thanks to the hard work of the construction crew, the project was completed quickly and efficiently! The call center is now both modernized and a safer workspace for team members. Changes include taller walls, sliding doors, and a more separate area for each workstation. The renovation is not only beneficial to protect team members from the spread of illness, but it also helps with physical health. Each desk has the option to be raised to a standing height, and more time on your feet can help an individual’s overall wellness.
