Coming Soon: Instant Issue

At Pittsford Federal Credit Union, we know how frustrating losing access to your credit or debit card can be, whether it is physically losing your card or having fraud on your account. We also understand that it may not be convenient to have to wait the standard 7-10 business days to have your replacement card processed and mailed to you. Since our goal is to help our members get ahead financially, we are so excited that we will soon be able to offer you a new service: Instant Issue. With Instant Issue, we will be able to do just that: instantly issue you a replacement debit or credit card in either branch! We have invested in special card “printers” that will allow us to print the replacement cards. We look forward to having this new, convenient option for our members. While there is not yet a firm kickoff date for this new service, we are hopeful that it will be up and running later this fall.
