eStatements Access Changes
Did you know that with our current eStatements solution you can securely access your monthly account, mortgage, and HELOC statements, as well as tax forms, within Internet and Mobile Banking? Upon accessing eStatements for the first time, you will go through an enrollment process and select your preference between receiving a hardcopy or just viewing the documents digitally. From there, you may download PDF versions of the documents to store with your records. The current eStatement system will retain the PDF version of your monthly account and loan statements for up to 36 months, while tax forms and escrow analysis statements will be available for up to 18 months.
Please Note:
Effective Jan. 1, 2023, our former eStatement solution will sunset and, as a result, statements and tax forms prior to July 2021 will no longer be available online. Please take a moment to download any prior statements and tax forms that you wish to keep for your records before January. The former eStatement solution is accessible from within Internet Banking by selecting the “Statements prior to July 2021” link in the “eStatements” dropdown menu.
If you need statements or tax forms that are no longer available online, you may always contact the Credit Union to obtain copies.
