Time to Review Your Statements

If you haven’t checked out your statements in a while, you may be surprised to find that they have a new look and feel. Please take a moment to review your latest statement.

This may also be a great time to disable paper statements. Choosing eStatements is not just better for the environment, it is also a more convenient and secure option.

Benefits Include:

• Receiving your statements sooner – eStatements will typically be available three or four (3-4) days before paper statements arrive in your mailbox.
• Choosing to discontinue your paper statements will save you the chore of filing a private, sensitive document – something you don’t want to simply toss in the trash. (Of course, if you need paper statements, the Credit Union will provide hard copy printed statements on request.)
• Accessing your tax forms quickly – eStatements provide access to your IRS 1098, 1099, 1099R, and 5498 tax forms.
• Enjoying improved access to your account information. All your account statements will be in one easily accessible location. You will no longer need to sort through piles of paper statements.
• Helping the environment by conserving the resources necessary to print and deliver paper statements.
• Saving your Credit Union a considerable amount of money – including the cost of postage, paper, envelopes, and printing.

To access your eStatements, simply log into Internet or Mobile Banking and select eStatements from the main menu. Upon your first login, you will be prompted to select your delivery preferences. If you’ve already logged in and would like to verify or change your preferences, simply select the “Profile” link. You can then choose to only receive “Electronic” copies or to receive “Both” paper and electronic copies of your statements.
